We booked a non-smoking room, they checked us in confirming it was a non-smoking room but gave us a smoking room. When we asked for a different room they giggled and said they had no more non-smoking rooms. This was not an error and not disclosed up front. If it was disclosed up front we would not have been as disappointed and would have considered changing hotels after experiencing the room. The price and experience/comfort did not meet expectations.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and clean room.

The room was smaller than photos and the bethroom was an extremely compact.

Hotel was not at the airport. We have to take the train because they didn’t have shuttle .

It was exactly what I needed for the night. Great price. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breafast.

Fast easy free shuttle to airport in the morning although you must use a taxi, bus, or train to get to hotel. Train station is 2 blocks from hotel. Rooms are spacious for a Japan hotel, clean, and bed is very comfortable.

Big room with Tatami mats. Very clean. The value for the room is excellent.

Well would we stay here again probably not but did it do the job yes . The pro : two blocks from train station , dinner and breakfast is right down stairs . Had airport shuttle for free that would fit your ski/snowboard gear . The con: older building , the rooms were tiny and worn down we got lucky and got swapped rooms with some booking confusion for bigger room

The hotel left a lot to be desired. It is an old airport hotel with a dingy vibe. Everything was quite dated and the room had a the smell of an older hotel, but this is normal in Japan. If you've managed in other hotels in Japan, you can probably manage here. The check out time of 10 am is ridiculous. Getting up to international airport hotel standards would help. Considering I wasn't told the check out time upon checking in, I was surprised to get a phone call at 10:10 saying that I would be charged for another hour. Not very professional. There was mold in the bathroom, but it wasn't that bad. If you're freaked out by a little bit of wear and tear, this isn't the place for you. That being said, the bed was comfortable, wifi worked, and there was free coffee in the lobby. The staff seemed to be able to speak English moderately well. There was apparently a shuttle also. If you're just looking for a cheap place for a layover, this seems like an alright option.

Great value. Small quarters but w everything you need for a night at an airport hotel. super clean and very convenient - two blocks from JR train station and offer a free shuttle to the airport (at set times) in the morning
