Very good overall. Clean and comfortable. Good sound insulation. Has plenty of parking spaces. Convenient for those who rent a car. Has a nice laundry room with powder laundry detergent provided. Bed might be a bit too low to sit on for those who have a weak waist, but there was a chair to sit on instead. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The room was nice and clean and the staff were really helpful. The only issue is the hotel is a bit far from city center. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

We came to see our son who is teaching English to elementary kids and your hotel was so convenient to the bus and train station. Everyone on staff was nice, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in such a clean place to rest our heads.

Budget hotel in a Formule 1 type style - but better, with private bathroom. Breakfast available for small fee. Hotel about 2km from Utsunomiya centre. Small number of restaurants nearby, plus a 7/11. Plenty of free car parking.

I took this room because another review said it was very convenient.
They must have gotten it confused with the other Chisun property the Chisun hotel across from the station. This one is 2.7 miles away.
There is a bus that goes there from the station but I was told that at the other hotel, and wound up walking with my luggage on my back as a taxi would have been more than $20.
The room reeked of cigarette smoke.

we choose to stay coz of the motor GP racing in motegi. staffs are really friendly n helpful. Room size is comfrotable for us compare with hotel in tokyo city (at least we can open our two big luggage at the same time).we enjoy our stay here.
