It was okay i guess since it wasn't expensive at all with a great location in naha. The AC was working great wich is for me a very important criteria in okinawa.
for the bad part, the hotel was a bit old with a weird smell in the elevator and the hallways (possibly mold since the floor is carpet in a humid environnement)
The room was decent clean but the mattress wasn't comfortable

Hotel staffs are warm and welcoming; the onsen is cozy. But the design is a little dated and none of the staff members there speak English. Also, the on site parking is a little pricey costing ¥1,500 a night

I have stayed here before. This hotel has a fairly large hot spring facility with various types of baths and saunas. This is free to use for hotel guests. The hotel is a short walk from Miebashi monorail station.

Good Location and helpful staff. Has a natural onsen Rikkarikka-yu just next to it but need to pay ¥1,050 each per visit for Hotel Guests which made it different from most other Hotels and Ryokans which we visited in 43 other Prefectures so far. At least a 30-50% discount for Guests of the hotel would be better. Otherwise, would have given it a 8/10 or 9/10.

The room was rather cramped for 4pax but nonetheless able to put 4 single rooms. However the bedsheet was stained and there’s also no complimentary water given to guests. The hotel staff are mainly non English speaking and it will be better if they can at least put some English speaking personnel. Having said that, the hotel is indeed located on a strategic location but take note that you need to walk 5-10mins in a quiet alley which is near to their public carpark...

This hotel was great. It was close to everything. Room size was not large, but definitely sufficient for two people. Room was clean with all needed facilities. Air Condition was super cold. Even the water boiler of such a small thing to mention, was Zojirushi brand. Towels were cleaned. Water pressure is great.
We booked the hotel with breakfast option. Breakfast was very good with sufficient items and both hot and cold coffee (and other drinks too) offered.
Staff who worked there were very nice and helpful.
One front desk clerk would walk up to my room immediately to set my air conditioning because I could not understand the Japanese manual.
I would like to extend my whole gratitude to the whole hotel crew. A job well done . Will definitely book again.

Very nice large hotel right in the heart of Naha City. Short walk to shopping, dining and public transport. Room was very comfortable. Modern bathroom with Washlet toilet and luxurious rain shower bath/shower combo. Comfortable bed and premium linens. Enjoyed using the attached onsen/spa. Staff was helpful although there is virtually zero English spoken which for this caliber of hotel that attracts international guests I find unusual.
