Super convenient location. Internet speed is very usable. Only 3 laundry units located on the 7th floor...pro tip, use the 3rd unit from the door. The other machines don't seem to dry particularly well with a normal load of clothes. However you can add up to 90min of dry time (100¥/30min). Might want to avoid the rooms next to the elevators too....you definitely hear the dinging.

The location is excellent. The quality of the property rooms are excellent. We stayed in the corner suite for 8 nights - loved it. The dining options are limitless due to Toyama station shopping. Getting around is a breeze for the same reason- Toyama station incl tourist buses. Check in/out process is seamless. Staff are lovely. Laundry can get busy but you can monitor washing machines availability on your TV in the room. Great property!

Great location, clean & comfortable & convenience store downstairs. Stay very helpful. Room key system a bit unusual. Small rooms but comfortable not enough room to unfold large suitcase. Difficult for 2 people sharing. Ecxcellent bathrooms.

Allocated a room on the high floor facing the other side of town. Not much of view but can see the mountain range in a clear day. Very pleased with the large bathroom! Breakfast was very good, a lot of local produce. Very Japanese style. The hotel is connected to a convenient store which makes it even better.

We had a value twin for 1N. Room was tight but functional. It was clean and comfortable. Would be helpful to add some hooks in the bathroom. There aren’t any. Breakfast was awesome. Good Japanese variety including sashimi. Staff were courteous and professional. Location was great too. Exit from south exit from Toyama station. Walk towards the road and turn left to hotel. Will stay again when we come back.
