The hotel is in a great location less than 5 minutes to a Lawson convenient store that’s right next to two different train lines both are two train stops away from Osaka station. Staff are very friendly and helpful, room is cosy and very clean and modern, I do plan on either going back to the same hotel or using a different location with the same hotel as they seem to have hotels around Japan.

Location was great since 3 diff train lines are available. 1st day, it was hard to find exit 9 when you are coming from airport by sakaisuji line. Once u get off, follow JR line to find exit 9 which is closest exit to the hotel. Hotel is near to lots of shops and restaurants. Very clean and liked the ladies only lift and floor.

The only dislike about this hotel is the room size. It is extremely small for 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids). Otherwise the hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful.

大浴場がいい。混雑しているときはお湯が明らかに濁っていて入る君ならないが、空いている期間に入ると快適。セパレートタイプのパジャマや厚手のスリッパがあるのもいい。シングルルームはタオルがバスタオル・フェイスタオル各1組しかないので、風呂に入るときに小さいタオルを持っていくと次の日顔を拭く分がなくなるためいつも気をつけている。

The people at the front desk were always friendly & helpful. The photos of the rooms and the 1st floor are accurate. The rooms were clean for the most part (bedding, desk space, bathroom) however the window over the bed as well as under the bed was very dusty. The shampoo, conditioner and body were bigger plastic bottles that looked to be refilled (aka was used from previous guest). There were no small samples to keep it more sanitary. There were free toiletries and hair ties at the front desk for use. The room was on the smaller side which isn’t uncommon in Japan, but still comfortable. Close by the subway and Tenjinbashisuji, Osaka Castle, Owl Cafe and the Osaka Temmangu shrine.
