道後温泉駅から近く、ホテルの窓から道後温泉本館や別館、松山城が見えた。
建物の内外はとても綺麗で、サービスもよく、道後温泉からの引き湯の大浴場が完備され、室内も綺麗で最新のトイレや寝心地のいいベッドなど、値段に見合った宿でした。
値段がもう少しリーズナブルで、かつ道後温泉回りにもっと観光スポット等あれば、もう１泊してのんびりするのもよいかと思いました。
道後温泉本館のお風呂だけを利用する予定の方は、もっと安くてリーズナブルな宿がありますが、そうでない方で財布に余裕がある方にはこの宿をお勧めします。

お出迎えからチェックアウトまでスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしく気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。設備面も文句なし。
今回朝食付きプランにしましたが充分美味しくいただきましたが期待し過ぎは禁物かも。

スタッフの方が皆さん丁寧で、親切でとても温かい気持ちになりました。
雨が降ってたので、ホテルから道後温泉まで、エレベーターと渡り廊下を使いほとんど濡れずに最短で行けてとても便利でした。
お部屋が広くて畳のいい匂いがして快適でした。また是非泊まりたいです！

お部屋はスパーリアルームでしたが、そこまで広くはなかったですが、清潔できれいでした。

1日のみ宿泊させていただきました。
とても綺麗で大満足でした、ありがとうございました。
一つだけちょっと要望なのですが、一歳の子供を朝食に連れて行った際、子供用の椅子は置いてないんだなと思ってたので、そのまま食べさせてたのですが、他のお客様に子供用の椅子を準備していたので、そこでようやくあるんだと気づいたので、朝食会場に入った際にお声掛けしていただけたら嬉しかったです。
