The staff were so lovely! The amenities were clean and high-quality. I felt so much comfort in my room, in the restaurant, in the bath, and in the changing room. It was so refreshing and simply wonderful!

This Dormy inn is located on the south side of the JR station. Room is quiet and comfortable. Dormy inn serves complementary veggie ramen noodles in the evening to all guests. Despite a higher price for breakfast relative to its peers, you do get great varieties (eel is served).

Close to Himeji station! I walked for my entire stay here. I loved the hotspring, and with the crowd-tracker, I was able to go during a not-busy time so I could be more comfortable and relaxed! They also provide free tattoo stickers at the front desk if you ask, so this was one of the only places I could get the onsen experience at with my tattoos :) Just make sure you cover them, you can't go in without the stickers.

Very bad first impression. Arrived less than 2 hours early but still made to wait until 3pm to check in. Even the cafe/dining area is closed until 3pm, seemingly for no other reason than to prevent guests from utilising any amenity until the *official check in time*. The hotel wasn't busy, and so many other hotels are able to accommodate guests arriving at different times. Such an easy way to gain repeat customers, and yet it was overlooked. Amenities were fine, probably comparable to other hotels in the area, but it's hard to recover from a bad first impression.

Great location close to the Himeji station. Can walk to Himeji Castle and garden. Lots of shops and restaurants located close to the station and in the station. Enjoyed our stay at the Dormy Inn.
