Plenty of space in the cabin. Choice of amenities was excellent. Safety lock box in the cabin to keep your valuables secure. A bit annoying to go to the reception floor and then take the lift down to go outside. Air conditioning didn't really help when it got hot in the cabin.

Good, clean accommodation with very good amenities. I know a few Japanese phrases but struggled with communication & assistance as staff had basically no English (realise my knowing more Japanese would help). Could not check in even a little early but overall good. Very quiet for a pod hotel & spa was lovely.

Overall it was a great experience. The cubes are clean and cozy and provide a good night's sleep. The bathrooms and sauna are relaxing - just be aware that you'll have to shower in front of other people. Think of a gym locker room with showers and no doors. It's really not that weird, but some of my other American friends found it to be awkward. There is a private shower, but it's tiny and gets busy in the morning - so if you don't do the group showers you'll end up waiting for 45 min to take a shower. My only complaints are the following: 1) you need to always take the elevator up to the 6th floor (reception) then down to the first floor to exit. I understand they do this because they don't want people to leave the building with key cards, but it's a pain if you're waiting on a food delivery and just want to run outside for a sec. 2) The business cabins don't have very good ventilation. The larger cabins have a space for cool air to enter from the top, but the smaller cabins do not. While they do keep the sleeping area pretty cool, once you pull down your little shade thing you'll get a bit warm. Long story short, I'd sleep here again! It was cheap and in an OK location.

Staff can understand enough English to get by and they are very kind. Rooms are clean along with the shower/toilets. Good location too within 15 mins of Shimbashi station and many convenience stores nearby with nice restaurants. Only downside is that the dorms can be noisy at 6-8am when everyone is waking up. Perfect if you spend most of your time outside.

Was a nice design concept to feel like First class travelling. The First Class cabins were spacious with enough room to move in and out and store your luggage. Great to have own lockable drawers to store your stuff. Staff were very accommodating and made the stay memorable. It is located off the main areas but is about a 10-15 minutes walk to Shimbashi Station or a 25-30 minute walk to Ginza main shopping area. So location is fairly good. Bathrooms are clean. Men’s only had one private shower, otherwise can use the shared showers in the spa area. Lifts work weirdly, as you have to go up to level six before being able to go back down to lower levels.

Very easy to find from Shimbashi station (Asakusa line, going to/from Haneda and Narita), this capsule hotel provided a very large room with ample space to relax (bed plus extra leg or luggage room). Staff was super friendly and accommodating - the hotel will hold onto your luggage even after check out (do let them know when you will pick it up though). The one thing I had to get used to was having only one shower for 2 floors - but then you can actually take one in the spa! Note that there is a small Can*Do (¥100 type of store) within a maruetsu store, and a small Daiso (idem) nearby. Even closer to the hotel, you'll be spoilt for choice in combinis. Did not try any restaurants nearby unfortunately but can confirm Nishiki market is not even 20/25 minutes away.
