The hotel is situated at a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood in which I really enjoyed. It’s somehow near the Sugamo station and near the Sugamo market. The staff are very polite and attentive. The only problem is that they don’t do room service. Nonetheless, I still liked the simple ambiance of the hotel. My room has almost everything that I needed, from microwave to electric stove.

The neighbourhood is lovely, the Yamanote Line and the Subway are a short walk away, the price is low, and it's very clean. The rooms are very small indeed, check-in is open only until 6pm (you have to call a staff member down via a courtesy phone if you arrive after that), and there are no frills. It's a bit faded, and the washlet in my room didn't work, but for the price it's decent value as long as you know what you're getting: it's a weekly residence rather than a hotel, so they're not going to come in and make your bed every day. If that bothers you (it doesn't bother me), look elsewhere.

The hotel is a simple place and easy to get to from Sugamo Station (JR), along with the subway/metro that also runs there. It is close to another JR station Otsukaekimae Station should you need it... 700m away. For the price and location it is quite a good buy.

We stayed here for 5 nights on holiday in Tokyo. The walk to the station is straightforward and short. The staff are excellent, one in particular Humi (sp?) spent a long time helping me organise a tour I wished to go on. The tour operators could only be contacted in Japanese.

The hotel was near a lot of shops, restaurants, and even a supermarket. Just a few minutes walk, around a nice neighborhood. The room although small, was comfortable and clean. It had complete amenities like a mini ref, soap,shampoo,toilet paper, towel, toothbrush,toothpaste, razor, slippers, kettle, and an induction cooker ( like what they use in cooking hotpots). They won't clean your room or change your towel or sheets unless you specifically ask them to. So you also have the option of getting a lot of privacy.

TV, bouilloire et micro-onde dans la chambre ainsi qu'une salle de bain privative avec baignoire. Option fumeur disponible.

禁煙ルームを予約したら、地下の部屋がそうらしく、予約の時に知らせて欲しかった。
トイレとバスルームが一緒なのは良いのだが、洗面台が無くて、トイレ後に一旦バスルームを出て手を洗わなくてはならず、相当不便でした。
シャワーも温度が一定でなく、すぐ下がるので、使いづらかったです。

호텔이 위치한 스가모역이 왼쪽으로는 이케부쿠로, 신주쿠가 금방이고 오른쪽으론 우에노, 아키하바라, 도쿄역등을 빠르게 갈수 있는 중간에 위치한 역이라 좋습니다. 일본 호텔에서 자다 보면 흔히 있는 야밤에 사이렌 소리, 폭주족 소리등도 없고 다른 호텔에 의외로 없는 전자렌지도 있어서 자주 이용하는 편입니다. 한마디로 가성비는 개인적으로 최고네요.
