Transport is very accessible, near train station snd bus stop. I also personally like the free breakfast, and the food is very good. The staffs are also very accomodating. Worth it!

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was very well maintained and up to date. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked a room with a view of Mount Fuji, but the actual view was obstructed by power lines. I was given a room on the second floor, which was disappointing. However, the breakfast was delicious and clean. The hotel itself was clean, and there was also a souvenir shop inside.

I usually stayed at this hotel every year. It is at great location. However this time I stayed at 407 which had huge odour like sewage from toilet for 3 nights. Hope the hotel takes it seriously to fix it because it was unpleasant and unsanitary. After I checked out this hotel and went back to Tokyo where the hotel I am staying has no odour.
