The hotel is new and conveniently located right next to the train station. We were lucky to be able to see Mt Fuji from the room. Excellent selection of buffet breakfast. Sparkling clean room. Very professional staff. We had a very nice stay!

Overall this hotel was a great experience. The open air onsen was the star of the show. The view of mount fuiji was breathtaking! The one downside to this hotel was that there’s not a ton to do immediately surrounding the hotel, however it is literally right next to the station making travel convenient and easy.

For Japanese hotels, it's below standard. The bathroom is super small. While sitting in the toilet I cant move my legs. My legs hitting the bathroom door and I am a small person. I would ask Expedia to refund my payment. Terrible condition. Not happy at all.

Not as good as other hotels of the same chain. It is however conveniently located next to the main terminal for the bullet train. The rooms have nice big windows, but the view makes them unnecessary. It might be nice on the side where Mt. Fuji is, but not the other side and the black out curtains are not the best.

Hotel rooms are well equipped with a good size. The bathroom could be a bit more modern.
The highlight is the indoor and outdoor onsen on top of the hotel with the possibility to see Mount Fuji (which we didn't).

Great location, right next to Mishima train station, lots of food around, close to tourist attraction, Mishima skywalk, gotemba outlet (45 min away) etc… lovely public bath (hot/cold/sauna).

This property is very foreigner friendly. There are clear instructions on how to access the public bath and other amenities. The staff are very friendly. It is very convenient location wise. It is right next to the jr Shinkansen and local train lines. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a great experience.

Beautiful room, comfy bed, friendly service. Fantastic amenities. Being able to check on your laundry and the status of the baths from your room is great. I didn't get to enjoy the bath, but i hope to next time I stay! Absolutely perfect view of Fuji-san from the lobby. Thank you for your hospitality!
