This place was such a lovely clean and relaxing spot. It was right in the middle of furano city centre, loads of great places to eat walking distance, the check-in was all automated so very easy, and we even hired bikes from just round the corner to ride down to other sites and flower fields. An extremely lovely stay and would defo recommend for anyone going to Furano

Breakfast is so worth it. The Onsen is small but very well kept. The ladies have access to a hot stone room for a small fee. Never seen that before! The staff were extremely nice. Would definitely go again

This is a nice hotel that is very convenient for staying in the Furano area. The good: it offers pretty good value for the money. The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The beds are good and Japanese firm. There is free parking on-site. The less good: the air conditioner didn’t work. We finally figured out how to open the window, which helped in late May. The town itself is kind of run down and depressing, with few dining options.

The property is in a great position opposite the train station and bus station. There are many supermarkets and eating choices within walking distance. The hotel has had a face lift in the last 12 months. Cleanliness is at a very high level as is service.

This place cannot be a 3 star hotel. The bedsheet was with stains and yellow, mattress full of dirts. I cannot believe how disgusting this hotel is. Do not recommend!

The hotel makes a good overnight stay having driven for 4 hours from airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable; so we had a good sleep to start sightseeing the next morning. It is essy drive to eateries.
