Breakfast timing system poor - why build a big new hotel with a breakfast room that’s too small from the get-go?
We didn’t like being charged 2,000 Yen because we checked in about an hour early, especially as the hotel wasn’t doing anything to the room in that hour anyway.
The hotel didn’t feel welcoming.

As a foreigner with tattoos I really liked the onsen. I spoke with the front desk staff beforehand and said if it was disrespectful that I wouldn't go, but they assured me it was okay. The onsen was clean, hot and very quiet. I saw probably 1 other person max at a time using it while I was there.
Breakfast buffet was really good. Dinner was ok, I'd probably recommend going to one of the many restaurants nearby for a more authentic experience.

Room was beautiful, but super tiny, barely enough room to walk around the bed (my fault for not double checking the room size prior to booking).
It is a very large hotel, but there were only 2 washing machines, so it was a struggle and long wait to do one wash.
On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to Shinsaibashi.
