The hotel is private, clean, but a bit far from the station, walking about 1.2km, but the hotel's miscellaneous furniture is very good, including a massage bathtub, a microwave.

Our room was massive! There was a slot machine, a flat screen TV, speakers, a king bed, a huge bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and so much more. They offer a sprawling menu with reasonable prices, as well as free amenities in your room, such as a toothbrush and tooth paste, a face mask, a hair mask, razor, etc. This was a GREAT hotel and the location was wonderful. Walking distance from the station and such a quiet, nice little neighborhood. I also recommend stopping at the "Keyhole" coffee shop for breakfast one morning. Its a great little place down one of the side streets by the station, run by a sweet little couple. Great food and AMAZING fresh brewed coffee.

The room was incredible! It is so big and very affordable on a budget. I got a couple high priced hotels throughout my trip in Tokyo, and not one had the space or comfort as Grand Fine Hotel. Do not be intimidated by, "love hotel". Nothing crazy happens, unless you want it to. In your own room that is. Walls are sound proof, and I woke up able to jam to my music getting ready like back home. Staff was incredibly lovely and helpful. Don't think twice

My partner went to use the shower only for the shower head to fall off. There was mould on the walls of the bathroom. There was a slot machine that you couldn't cash out of right next to the bed as well. The room looked nothing like what was pictured. The overall feel was very dingy and poorly maintained.

Now I know what Adult Only means when advertised on Hotels.com, when entered the room found a vibrator near the headrest. Totally disgusting experience, needed to find another hotel as could not stay in the place paid by an hour. My cousin and me booked another hotel for a stay. Contacted Hotels.com to claim they are mis-selling this place, they said they will come back to me but nobody ever did. Just said we will contact the hotel and will get back to you. Took a picture of the room and vibrator. Forgot to mention - no windows. If anyone interested, please see below

The rooms were very old school with floral wallpaper and dated looking bathtub and furniture. Though everything was clean and not broken. You can play music on the surround sound, there was a pokies machine. The bed was huge and all amenities provided were good. Slippers seemed like it was from the year 2000, but still not broken and it was clean. I think it was great, I think just needs a bit of updating. Thanks for the stay!

It’s kind of old feeling. Very large room, especially for the price. Saw three staff people, front desk night, morning and the guy who brought the food. They were all nice and professional. Out of the way from the station, but we took a taxi for 680 yen. I asked the train station guy where the taxis come to, he said no taxi, which was disappointing since the reviews said how far it is to walk. We walked about a couple hundred feet and saw a taxi go by, so we started back. He was sitting by the exit, but must have gotten a call and left before we got there. But we went back to the exit anyway. Within 3 minutes another taxi came by, and 5 minutes later we were there. I don’t know what the ‘no taxi’ guy was talking about, I guess that there’s not a lineup place for taxis large Eli’s.

Quiet and has basic amenities but the !st day in found the room and all opened area very dusty. Had to clean the table top, TV console etc off the layers of dust. Subsequent days, the cleaners were informed and staying there for 4 days were good.

This is very close to airport but no way to access to airport. No car availability to airport. Also this is Fadion hotel. Not normal hotel . You should not stay this hotel.

though the hotel was quite far from the nearest station, 15m on fooot, the rooms were good. One thing I just wanna say is that when doing daily house keeping it would be better if you carefully checked and let your vacuum come to the area on the head of the bed coz there was so much dust came from blanket & pilows. It seems tobe that such large rooms would match with some kinds of lighter blanket & pillows than what you are pvoviding now. Hope you all the best. Thank you

I didn't realize it was a Japanese "Love Hotel" until I arrived. The description should have given it away as it was "Adults Only". But the room was clean, staff super friendly and room was great. Had anime music pumping in at all times (which I liked, but you can turn it off), they even provide games and karaoke free with the room. Also it has a HUGE bathtub that could fit 2-4 people in. Will definitely book again next time I'm in Osaka area.
