Lokasi sangat strategis di pusat kota Fukuoka. Sangat dekat dari terminal bis ke bandara, terminal bis kota, Hakata Station, dan subway/metro dengan akses jalan yang sangat mudah serta nyaman. Sangat dekat juga ke bandara, hanya sekitar 10-15 menit by taxi (sekitar ¥1700 yen). Hotel juga tergolong luas untuk ukuran Jepang, dengan bed size yang lumayan juga (ukuran 160). Sangat bersih dan rapi, disediakan free flow air mineral juga. Bisa titip koper di lobby sebelum jam check in atau sesudah jam check out. Overall sangat puas 👌

The property is closer to Hakata Station and Airport. Breakfast was awesome. Nice area . Staff was very courteous. I will definitely stay during my next trip in May 2025

This is the first time we stayed in Rei Fukuoka and we are very happy with the hotel. Its small but very clean, comfortable and good location. But there is one problem we encountered, there is no hot water in the bidet. But it was resolve right away by Yang San. Will definetly be back here. Thanks Tokyo REI Hotel Fukuoka.

Got everything you need , and location is a top notch, except the front desk staff is a bit not friendly and the room has not been cleaned properly, as the stains are still on the wall and carpet.

The location is very good. The hotel is located close to Hakata station. Instead of getting lost like I did, crossing pedestrian bridges with a heavy suitcase etc. look for the West 6 exit underground in Hakata station. The area is very quiet at night.
The room was nice, immaculately clean as (almost) always in Japan. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking.
Staff were courteous, although it never ceases to amaze me how difficult it is to communicate in English in Japan, even with people working in the tourism industry. Several times we had to give up on, in my view, pretty straightforward questions. The one who it was the easiest to communicate with was a young female trainee. I hope the hotel hires her on the spot.
Canal City shopping mall is a ten minute walk away from the hotel. A few minutes beyond that is Nakasu which has a lot of yatai food stalls, and across the river from that is an area with a lot of nightlife.
If I ever come back to Fukuoka I'd gladly stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is an easy 5 min walk from the JR Hakata station.
Lobby was small but check-in was easy.
Room was small for three of us and the extra bed was uncomfortable affecting our sleep. Amenities were basic as you would expect from the hotel in this category.
Service staff while courteous seems serious and offered little help unless approached.
Location was good as it is near the JR station where two underground lines run. It is two minutes from the bus terminal for direct transport to the international terminal of the Fukuoka airport.
Despite the size of the room, we would be satisfied with the hotel except for its uncomfortable extra bed affecting our quality of sleep.

Nice hotel situated away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but with a convenient train link to Tokyo Station just across the road.
Room are a good size and in lovely condition and kept scrupulously clean.
The area has a number of shops and cafes close by.
