Highly recommend!

Great location and easy access to Disney parks, the rooms are spacious and the shops on the main floor are really convenient. The only thing I found quite annoying is that our check in started at 5pm with check out at 12

Great place to stay

We loved our stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay and would not hesitate to stay here again. The transportation is super convenient to the parks and to the shopping center. You have the choice of walking five minutes to the monorail, or you can take a bus to the monorail. Once there, you are one stop from Disney Sea, two stops from Ikispiara, and three from Disneyland. I loved the convenience of having a Lawson's on site (in fact there are two in the evening when they get busy). My daughter loved that there is a pool and it was a unique pool with lots of green spaces. I think they even had pool toys available to either borrow or rent. We didn't have breakfast included but we decided to do that on our last morning. I am not sure we would do it again but there were lots of options. Most of it was Japanese food but they had a bread station and an omelette station (which was great). I would recommend signing up for a free Hilton Honors membership before arriving. If you have that membership, you have free Wifi, outdoor pool access, and other benefits like a discount on food. Also, there IS a coin laundry on the B1 floor. I had read that there wasn't self-service laundry and so I scrambled to get our laundry finished at the hotel prior to our Hilton stay. However, be assured, there is laundry facilities. I believe they are coin operated but I didn't use them. The room was nice and we thought these beds were the most comfortable of all our four hotels while we were in Japan.

Upon check in we had slight problem. The front desk guy told us our room is good for 2 persons only. I reserved a family room that is good for 5pax. Every with charge including the floaters in the pool area. If you are not a member of hilton hotel you need to pay if you want to use the pool.

We loved our stay in the Happy Magic room. I was surprised though that there weren't enough fixtures to hang our wet towels. There were also no safety handle bar in the tub which I've grown accustomed to.

Very spacious room. Staff was nice! Convenient location to Disney sea and Tokyo Disney. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Perfect for going to Tokyo Disneyland

Beautiful hotel, I had ocean view room and it was quite and zen.

If you have kids this is the perfect place for you cause that’s all you will see and here the whole time you are there, the hotel room was very spacious for a Tokyo hotel it was actually pretty huge I did lose my phone on the limo bus and the hotel contacted them and I was able to get it back… the buffer was amazing we went 3 times in the (2) days we were there the only complaint I have is I wish they would change the menu and showcase their talents I had some of the roast beef in my life

They try to get you to pay for every little thing, even the freezing cold pool. I am an hhonor member so we were able to enter the pool for free, but it wasn't heated and they still wanted to charge for floaties. The facilities for the pool (shower etc) look old, rusted and molding. The breakfast options could be better considering how much they charge for the food.

Lovely buffet breakfast excellent staff great convenience for Disney and local train station

Very convenient location to Bayside Disney Station for the monorail. Free bus transportation to Bayside station and Maihama Station. Room was spacious with comfortable beds. Great view of Tokyo Bay. Breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty options with local and western cuisine. Seemed to be very family friendly.
