Huge room by Tokyo standard. Clean but old styled. Yet, very comfortable. Though very close to the runway, the sound proofing is excellent and tou just can't hear anything from outside.

Very pleasant greeting when we arrived. We told the front desk clerk that we would like to store our luggage in the morning as our flight wasn’t until later in the day and she just extended our check out time so we could stay in our room until we had to leave. Breakfast buffet was so good with so many choices.

Great zen property and hotel staff! Convenient if you’re flying out Narita Airport too. Shuttle was great! Food options in this hotel were good too. Room was peaceful. A little outdated, but you can tell they try to keep it up as nice as possible. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a decent choice for stopover. We were surprised that at 3-4pm timeframe, there was only 1 shuttle at 3:45pm. We ended up taking a taxi to save time since we were tired. The on-site restaurants -- one was closed, the other was super expensive, while the lobby cafe is acceptable (but somewhat pricey). The 7-11 is useful to get to-go food to eat in our room. There were many airline crew staying here. Overall, the hotel is a bit sleepy and nothing to do nearby. We wanted to go to AEON mall with their shuttle but was told it would take 45 minutes each way.
