This was my second time staying at this hotel and while it was clean, convenient and affordable, service that day left a bit to be desired. When I arrived, an older gentleman at the check in desk greeted me somewhat brusquely and didn't believe me when I said I had a reservation, asking me to provide all my information again. It wasn’t until a younger staff member came over and cleared up the situation that I was able to get my room without unnecessary procedures. Despite this, my stay was nice and I’d return here if I was even in Matsuyama again.

This is an excellent hotel a five minute walk from the JR Matsuyama City station. The hotel rooms were clean and air-conditioned and the amenities were good.
I would specially commend this hotel for the excellent breakfast spread. It's very much a Japanese breakfast, but the variety was amazing. I would stay at this hotel again just for the breakfast.

松山駅直ぐで、交通の便が良いホテルでした。
朝食メニューで焼き魚、兜焼き、手作りベーコン焼、鯛めし、つくねフライ、フレンチトーストが個人オーダーするとアツアツ出来立てをテーブルまで運んで下さったのです。それでもバイキングメニューに含まれてました。
他のバイキングメニューもいただき満足な朝食でした。
松山はとても良いところでした。
また行きたいです。
