The rooms are nice enough and the staff are friendly, but unfortunately I’m pretty sure this hotel has a mold problem or some big plumbing problem.
My bathroom had a very strong dank, moldy smell that was almost overpowering. The bathtub in the bathroom is not grouted and there is no seal against the wall, so there is a space between the tub and the wall where water can get in. It smelled like water had been sitting there for a long time.
I brought this up to the staff but they did not seem to understand this is not normal or healthy.

A hotel located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood but it is on the Yurakucho line so quite convenient to go anywhere including in the Toyosu area.
The down point is that the rooms are really small.

Rooms was cramped but clean the bed was average as well. Most things in room were normal not great. But there was one thing that really sunk the experience.
The fan in bathroom, it never shut off and had the suction of a jet engine. That couple with the A/C unit meager heat output, led to a drafty cool night .

Smallest room, bad service. More like an apartment than hotel. I booked 2 rooms for 5 people but end up they only allow 2 people in a room which it doesn’t said on the websites. I have booked an extra room for 5 nights. I will never stay in this hotel again. There are many choices for this price. The transportation is not that convenient even there is a train station near by but this train needs connect to other major lines.

Value for money, good for a short stay near the station. Nearest metro station is just around the corner, walking to tokyo station or ginza area is at reasonable distance, just around 15-20minute walk. Room is pretty small so not recommended to those with large suitcases. But the room is clean and facilities are in good condition.

We had to slide off the foot of the bed, very narrow room. But a large bathroom and suitcases go under the bed. The lobby girls speak very pleasant English. And they are very helpful and happy.

Not Hotel just a apartment - no lobby no seat to sit for waiting room or even to stand for waiting and check-in time 3pm quite late , check-out time 10am quite early for the departure day ,moreover it is far from Ginza shopping area . for these reason I will not book this hotel again.
The good side Of this place is the bathroom , it is new ,well design and as big as your home bathroom .
