Durchgangshotel für Reisegruppen. Entsprechend laute und unruhige Atmosphäre im Haus und insbesondere im Restaurant. Personal ist hier überfordert.
Nach Abreise der Gruppen beginnt die Zimmerreinigung schon kurz nach sieben Uhr inklusive entsprechender Geräuschkulisse.
Kaum Schallisolierung zum Bahnhof.

Room is small, but nice. Great amenities. Very easy access to the train station and taxis. Convenience stores are within the building and very close by.

No a/c in my room, it was terribly hot. Had to keep door open to cool it down (my room was on the sun side ).

It's right next to the Toyohashi station - in a sense, the entrance is inside the station property, as the hotel is managed by JR.
Very high level of service, clean room and professional staff. I keep coming back to this hotel.

The most convenient thing for us was we didn’t have to carry our luggages long way after getting off the train. The hotel is right in the station. The room was nice and clean and the stuff were polite and kind. The breakfast was fabulous. We are quite happy staying here.

何度か利用させて頂いてます。 今回は初めてツインに泊まりました。 思った以上に お部屋が広く お掃除も行き届いて とても快適でしたが 就寝中 夜中に帰って来た 隣の部屋の方の大きな笑い声や話し声で目が覚めてしまい 煩くて中々寝れなかったのが 残念でした。
