Property is clean. Neighborhood around the property is quiet. They have microwaves and coin laundry which was very convenient. Stations are within walking distance. Room is fairly sized. Amenities provided was very useful and convenient. A very nice place to stay in Osaka. Highly recommended.

梅田の茶屋町の大通り沿いにあり場所がわかりやすく、大阪駅からは多少歩くものの、近隣に遅くまで営業している飲食店やコンビニなどあり、大変便利でした。
部屋も広く綺麗で、アメニティはロビーで自分で持っていく形式でしたが、どんなものを置いているのかの表示が小さく、有料アメニティの表示もちょっとわかりづらかったです。
通りを挟んだ向かい側が消防署で、宿泊した部屋が通り沿いだったので、深夜に緊急車両が出動する際にかなり大音量でサイレンが鳴り起こされたので、そこは運ですが、朝までぐっすり眠りたい人には難ありかもしれません。
和食の朝食ブッフェがとても豪華でおいしかったです。

梅芸で観劇の時は大体お世話になってる
とにかく便利
大阪駅からは歩くが梅田駅からは近いし、荷物が多い時はタクシーに乗ってしまえば新大阪駅の新幹線乗り場にも近い(時間的には電車より早い)
ホテル名は何度も変わってるが、シャンプー類は昔から変わらずPOLAで、香りも質も悪くないので、ここに泊まる時は持参しない

The staff at Hotel Binario were welcoming and efficient and we were pleased that our room was ready when we arrived around 2:00pm, an hour before check-in. We were disappointed, however, by the general shabbiness of the hotel and our room in particular. Although the bathroom was clean and appeared to have been recently renewed, the bedroom was desperately in need of refurbishment - marks on the walls, chipped furniture and stained bed coverings. To be fair, the sheets were pristine and changed daily but this did not make up for the condition of the room. In addition, the hotel is located across from a fire station and our first night was very noisy. The photos of the hotel are very deceptive and bear little or no resemblance to the actual place.
