I have stayed here several times and other hotels in the same chain and I like this hotel as I don't need to be in the centre of Tokyo and there is everything I need nearby including the pool and the gym. Plus the airport limousines stop there.

Great hotel in good location with very helpful staff. Really nice rooms. Good transport links for exploring the city. Really nice neighbourhood with some great restaurants. Close to a 7-Eleven. Also has a convenient Disney transfer coach for guests.

Location is conveniently close to transportation, grocery store, and convenience stores, as well as restaurants. The area is spacious where you can relax outside the hotel and just take in the view. My family and I enjoyed this hotel the most. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal. We could not believe the quality of food they offered with wide range of choices. The traditional Japanese rooms were adorable.

The seasonal outdoor pool is open from 10 AM-5 PM (last entry by 4 PM), July 19 - August 31, 2025, and 1-5 PM (last entry by 4 PM), September 1-30, 2025. The seasonal outdoor pool is open only to guests aged 16 and older from 6-10 PM (last entry by 9 PM), June 28-September 30, 2025.
Health club facilities (indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, spa tub) are available only to members (surcharge; must be age 18 or older). Guests who wish to access these facilities must pay an initial health club member fee as well as the yearly membership fee. Non-members are not permitted to use the health club facilities.

An absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was extremely professional at their job. The room was cleaned immaculately! I would never stay here again. I was charged 45 USD to spend 50 minutes at a swimming pool in the rain. Had I known it was $45, had I known the dayshift did not roll into the night shift, I would not have gone to the pool. The pool is beautiful. But this situation tainted my opinion of the hotel and I was happy to leave.

Defined outdated hotel. Both room and hotel. Pool is nice but also could use some cosmetic retouch. Note that there is a fee for outdoor pool of 6000 per person and a separate fee for indoor facilities. Expedia wrongly advertise 2000 yen per person all facilities so the property honored that for us, but if I had to pay the real amount asked it won't be worth a stay. All in all will never go there again:)

Great breakfast and cleaning, that's it what is good. Room is big but furniture is old and not enough storage despite the quiet big room size! Staff knowledge of English is quite poor.. I stayed at 3 star hotel and people there knew English better. Location is quite but to see most iconic places will require some travel, there is not much nearby. You need to pay for almost everything.

Expedia should inform there guest that the swimming pool charges guest 20,000 yen per person from 1pm to 5pm only. What a rip off. Expedia should be aware of this and but on their website that a surcharge to use pool applies.

Comfortable room, great service. The 25m pool and spa are amazing. (There is an extra fee for the pool spa: 2000 yen, but you can get a free membership that allows use for 800 yet before 10AM or after 6PM.) The quiet neighbourhood in Koto-ku is a nice break from the busy-ness of Tokyo but it's a 10-minute walk to the metro, so a trip to tourist sites takes 30+ minutes. Restaurant options in the neighbourhood could be better. My room had a perfect view of Tokyo Skytree.

The Hotel was a good stay. Pool was closed for families. Has a pool in 4th floor that is 18 and over only. Buffet is not good at all we tried breakfast and dinner. Dinner had very limited choices, menu said sushi literally it was 6 pieces for everyone there. Tempura was not good. And pricing was around $80 per person. Not worth it at all.
