My stay was wonderful at the hotel with the central location, easy to access all malls around it, especially the Osaka Central station. We had a good stay even though room standard in Japan is small for a family with kid. So far so good. We will be back again!

The location was so convenient! Linked to Osaka station… and many other shopping, dining hubs in the area! The check-in and check-out process used machines, but staff were there to help in case you experienced troubleshooting. Staying at this hotel really made your travel easier!

Great location next to Osaka station. Newly opened hotel with a nice and clean atmosphere. The hotel provided free coffee and tea, also necessary items like a comb and toothbrush at the lobby on the 9th floor. Very good hotel indeed.

Great location with easy access to trains and taxis. Limousine bus from KIX drops right at the door.
Room was small for 3 adults, but was expected so no issues, but we didn't have much luggage. If travelling with large suitcases, you may struggle with more than 2 in the smaller rooms.
Would definitely stay there again.

Overall a convenient short stay hotel in Osaka. It is modern, rooms are small but match what is expected on most hotels these days. Easy self check in and out, not much interaction with staff unless you need something. The hotel has many rooms, so it can get busy on lifts at times.
Excellent location, easy walk to both Umeda and Osaka stations, plenty of shopping and dinning options around.

This property is about as terrible as they come… rude and unfriendly front staff. The rooms are micro small… do not be deceived… they advertise a single bedroom as available for 3 people! and the rooms aren’t even nice…I finally found one front staff person that didn’t have a bad attitude… but overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here to my enemy

It's a big and modern hotel right at Osaka Station. I only stayed for a night, and my room on the 33th floor was perfect for that: very clean, with awesome panorama day and night. The breakfast was good, and you can find hundreds of restaurants, malls, and stores nearby, from a gigantic Yodobashi Camera to the Nintendo store at the station.
