The nearest station (higashimonzen) is 500m away so depending on your walking speed and things that you carry along would be more or less 10mins walk which is not bad. Flat road. I use google map to find the hotel, not so complicated to find. Easy check in and check out. I have already read prior reviews about how the hotel did not have lift. So I am mentally prepared for it. The room is a typical Japanese hotel size. Overall it works for me. Had everything I needed for 1 night stay. The front counter also help me to book a taxi (informed them during check in time) as I’m flying from Haneda airport at 6-ish am. Very good hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Imalle Haneda. The balcony was a great bonus, and we loved the nice view and the safe, charming streets around the hotel. The location was very convenient—close to the train, with plenty of convenience stores and vending machines nearby.
The room itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were cozy, the bath/shower worked perfectly, and the internet was fast. It’s a simple setup, but it suited us perfectly. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
While there’s no elevator, the stairs were easy enough to manage with our luggage. Overall, this place is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend staying here.

Just ease of access for trains into Tokyo and Shinagawa, staff was pleasant always greeted me when i left and came back. Room was clean and spotless when going out in the day and coming back later in the evening. Had a really good time and would use them again in the future.

We’ve only booked this place to have a place to stay the night before early morning flight from Haneda. Thus we only spent like 9hours at this place. However I don’t think I’d book this place again. Getting to the hotel from Tokyo was a pain. We had all our luggage with us as we were leaving the country the following day and upon entering the hotel we realized that there is no lift. We had to drag our stuff to third floor via the staircase. But that’s on us for not checking in advance. The hotel itself is more like a hostel. Everything is very old and worn out. The bathroom has seen better days. There were almost no electrical sockets to use in the room and it was over all very worn out and claustrophobic. If you only need to sleep somewhere before flight, maybe go for it. I’d definitely not recommend this place for longer stays, it’s not very nice. The staff were good and helped us book a taxi to the airport in the morning so bonus points for that.
