The location of the hotel is close to Ginza, and there is a Ginza line subway station in front of the hotel. The distance from Tokyo station to the hotel is about 12 minutes walk. The rooms at this hotel are also OK and comfortable. Right under the hotel, there is a convenience store. Overall, my family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel during our holiday in Tokyo.

Amazing hotel at a fantastic location. Direct subway from Haneda airport and 10 mins walk from Tokyo station with direct bus to Narita. 5 mins away from all shops in Ginza. Highly recommend.

Was there for a business trip & chose this hotel because it was right next to the train station entrance and near my office. Very good experience from checking in to leaving, everything in between was fantastic, especially the staff! Room I chose was of a decent size too. Will definitely consider this place when I'm in town again!

I had pleasant time stayed at intergate tokyo kyobashi, near from tokyo station and subway. room is tidy and comfy. will be back for sure when we're back to tokyo.

There are two subway stations within 4 mins of the hotel. There is a 711 located beneath the hotel.
The breakfast was excellent every morning. I was able to try new dishes each morning. Usually I don’t eat the breakfast but this time I couldn’t pass it up.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I’ll stay here again for my next trip to Tokyo.

Great property. Located and situated near two subway lines. I found myself using the Ginza line often. Unfortunately, when I got at the hotel around 2:15ish they had me wait until 3PM to check in. They directed me to the lobby and had me wait 45 minutes until I got to my room — after a long day of travel. It’s a fine hotel. Great location. I was hoping that they would at least have offered the room even with a small fee. I doubt that they needed the 45 minutes to clean the room.

Found the rooms very small with a window that looked out onto a wall about 1 metre away. Glad I had only booked the one night, Although no view from the window, there was plenty of traffic noise I could hear. As a group we booked 3 rooms and all looked out to a wall. The single bed took up most of the room. Found it all very drepressing.

The precious stone on my ring fell into the sink drain. I asked the front desk for help. They said they would find it for me and I should go about my day and not worry about it. So I did. When I came back to the hotel in the evening, the stone was in a small plastic bag in the tray on the table. The staff were very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood compared with Shibuya and Shinjuku. Tokyo station is at 10-15 minutes walking. Very convenient is you are planning to use the Shinkansen and local trains. Shopping, restaurants, metro stations (Ginza line can be use to go directly to Shibuya, Akasaka, Ueno park, Asakusa) within walking distance. Staff at the hotel are very professional and courteous. Breakfast at the hotel is mainly Japanese but is great, (you'll find eggs, sausages, bacon, bread and american coffee) at the end you'll be in Japan.
