We stayed the night before our early flight from Haneda. The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable and the staff were excellent. Location is perfect for the airport, just a ten minute transfer on the free shuttle bus which is right next to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and well presented. A great stay at a good price!

The room is very good, private, clean, there is a convenience store nearby, near the JR station, just 3 minutes walk, there is a free shuttle to the airport, there is a lounge with tea and coffee service, highly recommended.

We used it as a stopover coming from a long international flight. We were surprised that nobody told us that the shuttle had a finish time at night and that made it lost part of the appeal. The rooms were big and comfortable

I like the hotel - the breakfast and the room. The only (neutral and friendly) comment I would offer here for other travelers is that its location is best if you use the shuttle service. I know the KK line is convenient, too, but the last train is around 11:30pm and if you miss it you would have to either take a taxi or a walk.
