Nice, clean and new. can watch city view if you have a window side. I choose the wrong road from JR Station, walk down first then make a left turn to the hotel is better(without cross the trainway).

This was close to the Kyoto station, however not many other walkable attractions in the area. Nice place, however not as updated as other properties we stayed in Japan.

Location is about 1km from train station. Can be quite a bit of walk. Hotel itself is nice. They had the coffee and tee available, plus broth for ramen!
Reception was pretty nice. We had a corner room so may have been bigger than most. We really liked the room

The toilet is too small even for asians. They need to make it bigger if they want to attract big sized foreigners. New Towels were only given when asked. Other hotels provides them without additional requests.

良いのはホテルの名前くらい。
部屋内の家具の配置が最悪。気が狂いそう。
机らしい机はないし鏡がついている台（机のつもりか）は照明をマックスにしても薄暗く、化粧や髪を整えるのがストレスでした。
また部屋の奥にソファほどの大きさの椅子のようなものがあったのですが、非常に安っぽい合皮のようなものが貼ってあり色、質感、椅子の造形ともに最低レベルでした。
自分だけならともかく大切な人は絶対に泊まらせたくないと思いました。
フロントのスタッフさんは制服があるのか、男性はベージュのジャケットを羽織っておられましたがサイズが大きすぎる方が多いように思います。それもまた非常にチープな印象でした。
喫煙所は薄汚く、狭く、いつもより煙草が美味しく感じられませんでした。
