ビジネスで4泊利用しました。スタッフの対応、交通の便が良く繁華街にも近いので、仙台出張の際はまた利用させて頂きたいと思います。贅沢を言えば、机の上が暗いので電気スタンドを常備もしくは貸出しして頂けると有難いです。

The place had thin walls so you could hear the people in the hallway and they can hear the things coming from your room. The walls to the outside and also thin so you can hear the street and the crows around the hotel.

This place looks like it used to be an old love hotel or something. There is no real security (but it's Japan so it should be fine), the doors and locks to your room are paper thin and old and the bathroom is tiny. It's in a good location but I wouldn't pay more than 6000 yen a night for this.

We got the room without windows which was not very nice. The room looks somewhat old and there is barely sunlight coming in so it smells a little bit humid in the room.

We chose a non smoking room but the whole hotel smelled like smoke when we arrived. After we opened the windows or aired out a little bit when I woke up in the middle of the night the whole room smelled worse than before of cigarettes.

テレビ、冷蔵庫、ズボンプレッサー、湯沸かしポット等、ビジネスホテルとしての設備は整っている。ユニットバスとトイレはかなり狭いと感じた。素泊まりだが、隣はコンビニ、向かいに朝からやってるカフェがある。この時期、光のページェントを行う道路に面しているので、夜、見に出かけた。

とにかく立地がいいです。地下鉄勾当台公園駅、セブン、ローソン、ほの香さん、ヴェローチェ、アーケード、三越…便利。建物は古くてユニットバスも極限まで狭いですが、水周りもお部屋もいつも綺麗に清掃されていて安心して滞在できます。
