Very good hotel located just between Gion and Kiyomizu. Traditional japanese house with tatami’s room will get you completely immersed in japanese culture. The hosts are very kind and I was lucky to be invited to eat dinner with them. I had an unforgettable experience and I recomment this hotel to have a great time in Kyoto.

that was an old and traditional japanese house which make you get close to the culture and scene, facilities was completed with daily basis. Staff was helpful , and Miss.Juan from Taiwan know how to speak in mandarin and have a very good command in Japanese, and they do speak english :). the room have paper thin wall, so any small chat or anyone who walk across the corridor will be listened by others, but you don't always stay in the room so i think it won't be a big issues.

整體而言，不好。我們到達的時間大約是晚上21:46分民宿的主人去溜狗了，所以是其他的房客幫我們開了門。後來好不容易等到民宿的主人回來了民宿的老闆卻一副不知道我們有訂房的樣子。我們是住宿的前三天在hotel.com上訂的房然後民宿的主人提到如果超過21:30，沒有報到的話就當然是no show，不能退費也不能入住。收到的確認信上有寫說櫃台的服務時間是星期一 - 星期日：08:00 - 11:00 星期一 - 星期日：16:00 - 21:30 但沒有提到說超過21:30沒報到，就不能再入住了。後來民宿的主人就說，不然就一人多付1000日元當成是加班費的開機費用。一共多付了2000日元(二個人是住同一間房，多收的費用也沒開收據) 但其實民宿的主人也沒有特定留下來等我們。他只是剛好去溜狗了，然後剛好回來而已而且她也不知道我們今天有訂房要入住入住的公共空間環境還算不錯算是乾淨的地方。也很日式，保留了日本的古早感覺但是房間內的被子不乾淨，床墊有一大片污漬(有照了相) 行李當日可以寄放算是優點，但是一樣要9:30前取走。總結 1. 訂房網站上面應該要明確的寫上超過21:30無法入住 2. 如果無法21:30前報到的話，要多收費用，是一人多收1000元，還是一間房間多收1000日元，等規定都應該要明確的表明，不是當晚明明人已經到了，民宿主人也在了，但說要選擇當成是no show不能退住宿費，還是選擇多付2000日元的服務費。 3. 個人贊同如果要民宿主人多花時間等待加班就要多付費用，但要先在網站上公告，不是臨時加收不然就不能入住這樣子。 4. 1百多年的老房子，有古早味，但剛好當日入住的房間被子不乾淨，床墊有一大片污漬。其他的房間不知道，也許這個狀況只有我們的房間是這樣子。

只要搭上公交車206，來往京都火車站就便利！此地點可以步行去清水寺、祇園四條、花見小路、八板神舍等境點。此旅館衞生一流、保存古代京都特色的町屋！彷彿進入古代一樣！但通常只有一個人在工作，所以11am - 4pm, 不能留在館中！
