The check in process was quick and easy. The room was on the smaller side but it was clean and comfortable. The hotel was an easy walk from the central train station and lots of restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

ホテル自体は新しいが清掃は雑。加湿機の水のタンクはカビがひどく、カビをばら撒きそうで使えなかった。毎日チェックをしていない（前日までの水が残っていた）洗面台の裏やバスタブカーテンもカビがひどい。タオル類も嫌な匂いがする（カメムシのような）

お部屋は一般的なビジホ仕様でコンパクトで可もなく不可もなく。新しいこともあり、水回りも清潔でした。強いて言えば、加湿器の中のタンクに少々カビあり。ほかがとても清潔でキレイなだけにとても残念。立地は駅から遠くはないけれど近くもなく、繁華街とは離れているのでよく言えば静かに過ごせる反面、飲んで帰るにはタクシーに乗るほどではないけど少々面倒な距離。近くには飲み屋が数件ある程度で、夜は人通りが全然ないので女子一人だと怖い人もいるかも。喫茶店などもなく、一階にあるカフェも営業してなかったので、朝ごはんの調達などでコンビニに行きたいときも、駅方面へ少し歩かなくてはならないのもやや不便でした。部屋の椅子は背もたれのないもので、テーブルも奥行きのない最小限なものなので、お部屋で長い時間ガッツリ仕事したい人向けではない。何人かのスタッフとコミュニケーションを取りましたが、どの方もとても感じがとてもよかったのが印象的でした。普通に泊まる感じならコスパもよく、人におすすめできるホテルです！

郡山駅からとても近く、繁華街も徒歩で行くことができるので、とてもら便利なホテルだと思います。ただ一点だけ気になったのは、カードキーは一部屋一枚のみの貸与で、紛失すると9000円の手数料が掛かるという説明を受けました。こんなことを言うホテルは他では経験がないので、不思議なホテルだなと思いました。
