This place was very nice, in a great location across from the station. It’s a bit dated but well kept up, so there are features that are now quaint like the clock radio in the headboard of the bed. The room was nice and room with a huge tub. Breakfast was ok but not special.

Hotel Morschein was a lovely place to stay! The staff were very warm and friendly; the room cozy and just the right size. The view was pleasant, and I was within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

Lovely staff, room was very clean, beds were comfortable. The room itself was a little small and we had to be fairly strategic with our luggage so that we were not feeling to crowded/cluttered. The hotel is very near the statin, so good access to convenience stores and places to eat. The general area is not very aesthetic, but it is just a short walk to more visually pleasing parts of the city.

The staff were friendly and helpful, very happy with the service. The rooms were of a very good size and clean. The hotel was perhaps a little older but it was all still very comfortable. We had an excellent night's rest, very needed after our journey so far! The hotel offers coin washer and dryer facilities, a microwave, and ice machine.

Priced well. Curtious staff and clean accommodations. Easy walk from station and other dining, bars, and tourist sites. Matsumoto Castle was only 12 min walk but you go through all the great shops along the way so its wonderful.

Very close to Matsumoto station, and a very reasonable walk to Matsumoto Castle, the art museum, and shopping and good restaurants. The hotel and rooms are pretty basic, but the room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit of a tight squeeze for 3 (two adults and one child) due to the extra cot, but it made a good base for sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Staff were friendly. We were able to leave our luggage as we arrived early morning and started to explore. By the time we got back, we were already check in and luggage was in the room. The room is cleaned and has most of anmenties I needed. It will definitely my go to place in Matsumoto

Had a nice stay here. The hotel is pretty basic but located conveniently right next to the station. The beds were standard and nothing special but the bathrooms were nice and big! The free bike rental was awesome and the staff was very accommodating with our group.

The 3bd room was really spacious and we were able to sprawl out on the floor after a long day of travels.
It is right next to the main Street, the station, and a karaoke bar, but it isn't very loud.
