Very helpful and friendly staff, room was clean and even had a sink, dishes and microwave for heating up/preparing food. Only slight walk from the station but otherwise a pleasant place.

Like others have already mentioned, rooms are small and basic, but good for a few nights if spending most if your time out. The staff is friendly and helpful with easy check-in/check-out. Wifi is not the fastest if planning to do some work.
Close to public transportation and many restaurants around the area. Great choice for the price overall.
They are doing some construction inside the hotel and it can get a bit noisy too.

The room was supposed to be 20m2 but the layout of the room is so odd that the actual space available was very tiny and we had to walk sideways all the time.
Free Lavazza coffee downstairs was good and breakfast was excellent 👌

Excellent location with easy access to downtown Tenjin and transport (rail/bus) transport and many restaurants. The rooms are small, as is often the case in Japan. I was allocated a room with a frosted window unlike many previous stays here, which was the major downside.

This is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan for years. From the check in to the check out, the staff are rude and unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to any foreigners as they are anti foreigners too.
