This hotel is in strategic location. Near gotanda station. Staff friendly. I’ve shipped my baggage from osaka before and they accept my baggage 2 days before my check in date. Even the baggage already sent to my room when I check in. The room nice and clean. Definitely will stay in this hotel again if I back to Japan.

Everything was superb! Spacious with a great bathroom cleanliness! Located just right next to Gotanda Station and there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel (there's a Family Mart too next to the hotel)

Súper easy to get around Gotanda. It’s in a nice quiet and safe area just around the corner from the Gotanda Train station! Easily accessible and get around for nearby food options.

Room is clean, friendly staff, 2 mins Walk to the station. Very convenient! Family mart attached to the hotel / ground floor and 7 eleven nearby! Thank you my stay! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here as it is super close to Gotanda station with convenient links across Tokyo (only 15 mins from Shibuya).
We decided to upgrade rooms upon arrival and the staff were very helpful and the process was seamless.
As we've been travelling across Japan for 3 weeks, the laundry facilities were most welcome! You can also buy detergent there for a small cost.
There is a Familymart on the ground floor (super convenient!) and there are multiple communal microwaves across the hotel to use to heat up food to take back to your room.
As long as you don't mind the train noises or have ear plugs, it won't be an issue for you. Would recommend this hotel!

I liked that it is very close to the train station... which is very convenient.
Even though it is close to the station it is not noisy.
The room was a nice size and the bed which was a queen size was very comfortable.
The bathroom was a nice size.
