The staff are so friendly and accommodating! The room had plenty of space and a fun layout. The location is also great. It's quite central and near public transport. It is also directly across a supermarket with a great selection of foods that don't need a full kitchen to prepare. There are also plenty of other great things in walking distance, such ad the Tokyo Dome, Koishikawa Korakuen Gardens, and several playparks. We stayed at 4 different hotels in Tokyo during our visit and this one was our favourite by far. If we return to Tokyo (fingers crossed), we will happily stay here again!!

Guests can expect to hear loud noises from emergency alarms. Please note: Comfort Twin with Kitchen (Cleaning is Optional with Additional Cost) and Deluxe Twin with Kitchen (Cleaning is Optional with Additional Cost) are located on 7th floor of the building with no elevator. Guests are required to walk up a flight of stairs from 6th to 7th floor to reach those guestrooms. A scheduled power outage will take place on November 5, 2025, from noon-1 PM. All facilities that use power, including elevators will not be available during this time.

Our stay was great. The staff helpful. The beds comfortable. There is a safe in the room.There is a small refrigerator with a small freezer, a kettle for hot water. Pajamas were supplied and very soft and comfortable. . They have amenities and a microwave in the lobby. You do have to clean the room yourself. Clean towels and pajamas are given when asked at the front desk. Nice having the grocery store across the street. When coming from the Iidabashi station the GPS takes you the long way around. It might be easier to put in the store name for directions. The name of the store is Inageya
