Hotel Nikko Narita

I been staying in this hotel a few times since 1998 Its a nice and good hotel with free shuttle bus The buffet breakfast is good too

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. The free shuttle from and to the airport was great. The free shuttle can also take you to a mall nearby by and to one of the most beautiful temples in the area. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and polite (as is the case in most of Japan). I highly recommend the Hotel Nikko Narita.

Conveniently located near the Narita airport. The hotel and restaurant staff were all friendly and attentive. The hotel is showing its age with the darker hallways and older room features. It was nice to have a convenient store and coffee shop inside the hotel too.

Very clean hotel , quiet, big rooms

The staff here is happy, friendly, beautiful, and professional. Some of the aspects were a little bit confusing, but that’s only because it was my first time staying here language gap. Next time would be fairly simple. For an airport adjacent hotel, it’s top notch!

Bed sheets has stains but over all room was clean and quiet Staff is always nice

It was a little disappointing that a few hours after I arrived to my room, that it smelled like cigarette smoke all of sudden. I specifically asked for a nonsmoking room since I was with my family. Luckily, they were able to quickly accommodate and change rooms. What was super disappointing was how old the bathroom was compared to the photo in the room description. I understand that it may be an older hotel but I felt tricked thinking that I was going to have a better bathroom/tub but in reality it felt like it was straight from 1980 and never been updated.

Absolutely recommend and would stay in this hotel again! The service and staff were impeccable. Easy access to the airport via the free shuttle. Excellent dining options and convenient market open 24 hrs. I cannot stress how wonderful the service was at this hotel.

During my recent trip to Japan, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nikko two separate times at the beginning and end of my journey. The hotel is an excellent choice for its convenient location near Narita Airport and the overall comfort of the stay. **Service & Amenities** The hotel staff was exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout both stays. The rooms were identical in layout. The first room was a bit warm, but the staff promptly provided fans, which was a huge help. Both rooms were clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable rest. I was also very impressed with the variety of on-site amenities, including a convenient store, a gift shop, a restaurant, and a designated smoking room. The breakfast was a great experience, offering a wide variety of food, a supplement bar, and a matcha station. **Shuttle Service & Location** The complimentary shuttle bus service was a standout amenity. The coach-style bus was comfortable and the service was incredibly timely for both airport pickups and drop-offs. The shuttle schedule is conveniently displayed in the hotel lobby. For future travelers, the shuttle bus to and from the airport can be found at Terminal 1, Platform 16. This service also provides easy access to the train, making it a favorite and highly practical feature. I also appreciated that a 7-Eleven is located within walking distance. Thank you to the entire staff for making my stays so comfortable.

Very affordable but dated property.

Excellent staff and dining options. Loved the added convenience of the onsite laundromat. Rooms were very clean and comfortable despite being dated. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have an early flight the next morning. The free shuttle service was also a huge plus. I would stay again!
