とても綺麗なホテルでした。スタッフの方たちの対応もよく、また泊まりたいと思いました。個室で宿泊したのですが、アマプラやネトフリを見れてよかったです。朝ごはんもコシヒカリとても美味しかったです♪

　全てにおいて温泉に宿泊客が温泉宿で何を求めているか心づくしが尽くされている印象を受けました。　車での移動でなかったのですがJR線田上駅からの送迎も柔軟に対応してもらえました。最上階の露店風呂からの景色も素晴らしく。特に晴天時の夕暮れ時に山の稜線に隠れる夕日を眺めながらお風呂に入るのは格別でした。　私が宿泊した部屋には無料で使える結構しっかりしたマッサージチェアがあり、温泉と相まって本当に身体のこりがほぐれました。　料理でもアレルギーや苦手な食材を避けることに対応してもらえ、新潟の美味しい食事、お酒も堪能しました。　新しい卓球台があったこともポイント高いです。

Nice hotel/onsen in a beautiful location with a nice view of the valley below. I stayed in a single room so it was nice and cozy. I liked the bathhouse with views into the valley ... Very relaxing. My only issue was that the restaurant was reservation only... I was hoping to be able to order some a-la-carte dishes but this option was not available Breakfast was good ... So overall a nice relaxing stay

前に来た時より全てにおいて質が落ちたな、と残念に思った。決して安くない宿なので、正直びっくりした。夜の料理は美味しかった。朝のバイキングは今ひとつ。次に予約はしないかもしれない。

仕事で泊まるだけだったのでビジネスホテルと同じ広さでしたがとても綺麗でした。壁は薄いので隣の方の音はめちゃ聞こえます。今回立地ではなく温泉メインで決めたので広い温泉にはとても満足しています。気持ち良かったです！ただ携帯電波が入らない。山側だからなのか、 auもSoftBankも一本しか立たずポケットwifiは死んでました（ ; ; ）もちろんホテルのfree Wi-Fiはあるのですが基本フリーには繋げないので困りました。これがなければめちゃくちゃ満足度高いです。あと事前チェックインスタイルを取っていたので申し込みをしたのにフロントでは住所を手書きせねばならず必須項目ならシステム上でそこを入力しないと完了できないようにシステム変更しておいた方が無駄がないです。なんのための事前チェックインなんだとあの場で思いました。スタッフの方の親切度は差が激しいですが殆どの方が優しかったです。

スタッフの接客に対する意識に温度差がある。誠意や熱意、おもてなしの気持ちが微塵も感じられないスタッフの対応は、宿の魅力を半減させてしまって残念極まりない。温泉施設はとても良かったです。
