I didn't stay because my original airline was late making me miss my connecting flight by 30 minutes and they left without me. So, I couldn't stay and I had no number to call to reschedule.

Only had a short stay, 3-4 hours but the hotel fulfilled all our needs. Quick check in and the girls on front desk were very helpful and decent in understanding and speaking english.
Even had a scales for last minute checking of our luggage in the lobby.

The hotel is well located 10min from Yokohama Railway Station. Room was quite small but clean. The twin bed was pushed against the wall and thus not comfortable to get in and out for a second person.
Tasty breakfast served in the downstairs stairs restaurant.

All the staff were very nice and helpful.
I stayed there for 6 nights, I only had them make the room for 2 days. Everything were very clean and you can get all amenities next to the front desk.

I wanted to commend the male concierge this morning. We asked if he can helped us to get a cab . We have multiple luggages and he suggested that we get a bigger cab but it will be a bit of a wait. He didn’t stop calling other cab companies not until we get a cab. He was very apologetic in the end. It’s just sad I wasn’t able to get his name

It was a nice property within 15 min walking distance of the nearest trainstation. The personal showers were amazing. Bed was comfy. The vending machines were a bit lacking in what you could get though. Toilet was not fit for someone above 5'6, as a 6"2 man it was a little akward but i could make it work.

Very easy to find from the station, but it'd only stairs from the station.

All the staff was amazing. Most speak some English so it's not that difficult to communicate. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. The hotel itself was not far from Yokohama station and very conveniently located. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in Japan!
Also, they will store your luggage before check-in time and help you ship it to your next destination!

10 min walk to Yokohama Station, not an issue if travelling light. Comfortable bed, clean facilities, nice amenities, convenient coin laundry, enjoyed the public bath. Only thing is I wish we had 2 keys so my roommate didn't have to come along or wait in the room to open the door when I wanted to go to the bath, for example. The key is required to have power in the room. Maybe they would have given me an extra if I asked? Anyway, perfect and affordable stay. Friendly staff.

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay in for a couple. The location is about 10 mins from Yokohama station so it was easy to locate. It is near a convenient store and it has a bath on the bottom floor! Clean, great staff that also accommodated us in English, and location is super convenient! Thank you!!

Far from Tokyo but easily accessible to it
4 malls and dozens of restaurants and convenience stores
Strong Wi-Fi and comfortable beds, they have luggage storage and a well stocked amenities area
The bathroom ceiling is quite low and the bathtub rim very high, son not great if your tall
