The hotel was great. Check-in was fast and of course, the hotel staff was very accommodating. Location-wise was near the train station and within walking distance to a lot of eateries.

Great location away from all the noise but very convenient and close to everything. The hotel is on a quiet street but just around the corner and a block away is the entrance to Akihabara station. Kanda station is also walking distance and surrounded by restaurants. My stay included the buffet breakfast and was a big plus every morning. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

The staff were very professional and friendly. It is reasonably priced, walkable to the stations, shops, and restaurants. It is great to have breakfast everyday with the view of the canal.

Had an 8 night stay. First impressions of the room were that the room was kept in great condition and was clean. The washroom had great space and was also very clean. The water pressure in the shower was excellent with copious amounts of hot water. Location was down a quiet street just across the river from the main streets Akihabara. It is an approximately 5 minute walk to the Electric Town Gate of the JR subway lines and approximately 5 minute walk to the Kanda subway station. Access via train to Shinjuku and Shibuya is about 20 min. Access via train to Ueno is about 5 Min. Access via train to Ginza is about 10 min Coin laundry is 2 blocks away and is open from 0500-2400hrs. All in all it was a great stay and would definitely stay in the future.

Staff were helpful and informative. The location itself is convenient as it is a good walking distance from two stations, convenience stores, drug stores, and populated areas in Akihabara. The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are also regularly cleaned every few days to ensure cleanliness. The only downside is the laundry. The listed amenities include laundry, but there are no coin laundry machines. Instead, you would have to let the staff know if you would like to do laundry and have to pay a hefty amount to get it done. Other than that, this is a lovely hotel to stay at.

Nearby area was under construction but did not make much noise that we noticed. A bit of dust in the air outside the hotel, due to construction. Probably the smallest room we stayed in during our trip, but still nice. Staff was helpful

In a great location close to 2 stations and near the shops in Akihabara. Room was clean and had a fridge with water restocked everyday. Only downside was that cleaning was only offered every 4th day and you have to put out your own bins and towels into the corridor every night to be changed

Was my first time to Japan . I love this hotel the location. Close to train station. View the river when open the curtains. Didn't hear noise from the busy area . The bed was comfy .Very relaxing. Bedroom size was small. But was acceptable. I think almost hotel room is small at Tokyo. Very clean. I had clean towels and 2 bottles of water everyday. Staffs friendly and helpful. Can speak English. Have Italy restaurant in the hotel. But I haven't try it. I was like to going out for Japanese food. Many restaurants and shops close to go .I had used the smoking area only. I suggest the TV need to update . No YouTube and Netflix. Cos I don't Japanese language. I couldn't understand any Japanese TV programs. I like this hotel. Will stay again if I visit Akibahara.

Hotel Resol was a great option for us as we stayed for 3 nights and it’s right next to Akihabara station and shopping areas. The room was a great size and had our towels freshened each day. Staff were friendly and had lots of amenities available. There is a restaurant attached next door, we did not eat there but looked very good and offer breakfast service in the morning. Very easy to check in and out, clean area and being close to a station was a big win.
