The location was excellent—just a few steps from Odori Park and Sapporo TV tower. One of the best parts was that the airport bus stop was located right in front of the hotel, making transportation very convenient. The room was spacious, with great facilities and services. The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. I also appreciated the free coffee and tea available in the lobby. Overall, this hotel was a fantastic choice for exploring Sapporo!

Love this hotel! Very near odori station and odori park, just across the street. The hotel is modern, luxury, super clean, and the facilities are great! Definitely one of my best places to stay during my holiday.

Absolutely love this hotel, I would love to stay again. Room was pristine and there were so many amenities! The beds were very comfy. The public bath was very clean and nice as well. It was so relaxing staying here, hopefully we will be seeing you again! Thank you!

The room was very clean, the staff were super nice during my entire stay. The hotel smelled really nice in general. There are only 2 washing machine/drying machines so you might have to wait a bit to do your laundry.

This is a great location right across from Odori Park, 6 blocks from JR Station/Sapporo Station, and 3 blocks from the Sapporo TV Tower. My room overlooked the park and was compact but very efficient and super clean. The bedding was excellent and water was supplied. And it was nice that there were microwaves and laundry facilities available in the building. I was here five days but wished I would have stayed longer. There’s a lot to do and explore in and near Sapporo. I really enjoyed being here.

Sayer only one night before the flight out of Hokkaido but enjoyed convenient and picturesque location (right on the Odori Park and 5 min from the Sapporo TV Tower). Nice safe area with dining and shopping within walking distance and buzzing with evening activity in the Odori Park. Recommended for exploring Sapporo or if you just have one night to get the taste of the city. Room was adequate and the bathroom clean. Very nice lobby and easy interaction with staff.
