The facility was good enough, not cleanest but clean. There is a restaurant with a limited choice menu but there are many within walking distance. There is no gym but a riverbank just very closed to the hotel gives you a good jogging course. The large public bath-like onsen was great.

Easy to find location. Nice side view of the river. The onsen on the top floor was nice with free massage chair. Included with the room pay , Japanese buffet breakfast was affordable and plenty of choices. Very good. They adhere to a very safe covid standard. Their TV advertised free body pillow ask through front desk but when I ask the front desk, two gentleman seems have no clue what I am asking at all. Suggest that they review what’s being offered on the TV screen for each room

Our hotel stay was great, short walk to train station and despite the language barrier we did manage to communicate with the staff, of course we downloaded a translator which came in handy. Staff were friendly. Room was excellent size for myself and my daughter.

部屋は清潔で、大浴場もあり、大浴場は午前1時まで使用可能、朝は午前5時から使用可能、朝食の朝ご飯もおいしく、非常に良いホテルでした。夕方はコーヒーをタダで飲むこともできます。福井駅から歩いて10~15分程度かかりますが、駅前のホテルと比べると、コスパよく質の良いサービスを受けることができるかと思います。唯一、直食のビュッフェでテーブル満杯に料理が並んでいるせいで、手持ちのお盆を置くスペースがなかった点だけは不満でした。それ以外は完璧でした。

駐車場の担当のスタッフの方から全てのスタッフの方が優しく丁寧に対応していただき気持ち良く宿泊できました。また、朝食も地元の食べ物など小鉢に分けられ種類も多く美味しかったです。また福井県へ遊びに行くときは使いたいと思います。

一室２名様分の朝食券と表示されてあのですが　フロントで、お渡し出来ませんとの事でしたが数十分のやり取りで、結局　頂戴する事ができましたが、　スタッフの方から、一切謝罪のお言葉がなかったのが、残念でした。
