スタッフの方、特に朝食時のスタッフの方がとてもさわやかで感じが良かった！
ラジウム温泉も温まり良かった。ただ、お湯の温度が高すぎてゆっくりは入れなかった。お世話になりました。

友人3名と初めてシングルの部屋に宿泊しました コスパもよく立地がスケジュールにぴったりでした
ホテル内は清潔感もありお部屋もキレイでした 友人２人も同じ感想でした フロントの方の対応もとても親切でさわやかでした 友人一人が違う階数だったので少し戸惑っているとその場調整して下さり3名とも同じ階数の部屋となりました 配慮に感謝ですありがとうございました
朝食もあじもよく 今回のルートイン十和田 大満足でした また利用したいと思います

Very good custumer service, very nice and helpful staff especially 鳥谷小姐 at front desk. Very good breakfast with great varieties. Convenient location.

ホテルそのものはもちろん、部屋もきれいに整理されており気持ちよく滞在できました。
人工温泉ですが大浴場もあり、ゆったりお風呂に入ることもできました。
