メガネを無くして朝方4時にも拘らず『浴場オープンの5時前にお探ししてみます』と心よく対応して頂けました。また、朝食時フロントの前を通ると、お探ししましたが見当たりませんでしたが、その後見つかりましたか？と気遣い！ステキなフタッフの方に脱帽！また、宿泊の時はルートインから検索決まりです。

Friendly and courteous staff. Despite language barriers the staff made every effort to assist and give directions...even if it meant drawing pictures. Rooms were extremely clean. Plan to stay here on my next visit.

温泉があってとても快適に過ごせました。また、朝食もとても美味しく満足しました。だだ、カードキーの間違いや部屋に乾いたティッシュが床に転がっていたのは、残念でしたので今後気おつけてほしいです。また、仙台方面に旅行に行く際は、利用したいと思ってます。
