何度も利用させていただいております。いつでもきれいで、大浴場もいいし、朝ごはんも美味しいです。予約の時に喫煙可の部屋しか空いてなかったのでそちらで予約しましたが、チェックインの時に禁煙の部屋に変更してくださいました。そのようなホスピタリティがルートインスタッフの皆さんにあるなぁと感じます。こちらのホテルでは、6時半の朝食開始時が混雑ピークでしたが、7時ともなると、ほとんどいなくなり、出発される方が多い印象です。

Australian visitors for the Tohoku Food Marathon. The staff were wonderful and helpful at check in and during the delicious and plentiful breakfast. Very central to what we needed and a beautiful clean lobby and spacious room.

とてもきれいです。お風呂もきれい、化粧水など良いと思います。フロントも丁寧に説明してくれます。ご飯がおいしい、いつも朝食バイキングが楽しみ食べ過ぎてしまう、食堂のスタッフもお部屋係りも元気に挨拶してくれていい感じです。
