This was the most spacious hotel room I've ever stayed in downtown Tokyo. It's definitely a must-have. Japanese rooms are usually small, but this one was spacious. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever go to Japan.

Got a good rest. The bed is the best, my preference. A bit hard to find the location from Shinjuku station. You have to follow the map.

Nothing great just an ordinary hotel room. A bit outdated and smelled of cigarettes. They did have a air filter unit in the room but the filters needed cleaning so it wasn’t very effective.

Mattress was very warn and it was covered with blotches of blood on it and torn. the cleaners forgot to clean my room. I did complain to the receptionist and was informed I can change to a similar room but she said the condition of the mattress will be the same. As for the Staines on the mattress I was informed it was detergent, I’ve never seed red looking detergent. I will not recommend this hotel. Staff were pleasant and location was fine. This is 2 stars hotel, not 3. It was also father pricy, I’ve booked into another hotel for less money and it was fantastic 3 stars but should be 4 stars. I would not like my details on your review this is for the manager to make positive changes to the hotel In future.

The rooms as well as the entire hotel smelled severely. The walls and furniture had tobacco staining, burn marks, and holes. The bathtub took so long to drain; but the time you were done with a 5-7min shower the water level was to your calves. I would not recommend this hotel ever. You also have to return your physical key to the check in countwr any time you want to leave the hotel. The lobby of the hotel was nice but that was about it.

Place was conveniently located in Shinjuku, though prolly near the red light. The problem with the room is that it's smells like cigarettes even when it is non-smoking. Also, blanket is very thin cloth. . I have to get my own blanket. It is cheap though but will prolly just book other hotels next time. They don't have luggage service to airport btw if you are looking for that too

Room smelled like cigarettes. Strong cigarettes. You can hear everything outside and in the hallways and other rooms. You have to leave the keys at the desk everytime you had to go out. Staff spoke little english. It's a 13 minute walk to the station that connects to the JY Yamanote line. I stayed at a hotel in Kyoto for a lesser price and the room, ameneties, and service was so much more superior. Not worth the price.

It was okay. Staff were pleasant, but my room smelled of smoke despite being non-smoking, but I suppose that is to be expected. I had to air it out the first night when it was ridiculously loud outside. Police with megaphones came around telling people to go home at around 4am. Very close to the red light district and very accessible to the rest of Shinjuku.

Never expect it is a fantastic hotel. But it just average for all, and it worth for what i paid. Consider in a convenient location, 8-10 minutes walks distance from the Higashi-shinjuku station(Toei Oedo Line) and about the same distance from the Shinjuku station(inter-change). If you just need an accommodation, may consider it. The location consider a downtown, so is quite happening even the late night. One interest thing is the hotel provided a small coffee machine, that is what my friends love it so much as they enjoy coffee very much!
