Building going under maintenance outside so theres some noise during the day. Inside my particular room was bit dumpy and old but clean. When i say dumpy, im talking about stains on the wall by the vent,.etc.

Very convenient location. 1 mint walk from Hamamatsu station. I wish I had time to eat the buffet style breakfast that was included . Overall , I like it .

The room like everything else in Japan was clean and well maintained. The raised floor to enter the bathroom and overall size was not great. The room is small and the bath area reminded me of an RV bathroom.

Great hotel but be sure to state that you want a no smoking room. I wasn't aware I needed to do this and ended up in a room which smelled very smokey and stale. In the hotels defence I didnt ask to be moved as it was only for one night but be sure to check when booking.
Other than that the hotel is perfect for one or two nights. Very close to the station and serves a great breakfast with both Japanese and Western options.

Great convenient location next to the station and near nightlife. Breakfast was good. Included curry rice, miso soup, salads, yogurt, eggs, sausage, coffee, milk, juice. Room has a flat screen and desk. Pillows were not great. Strange that the check in counter was in the 8th floor. 1200¥ parking close to hotel, but not onsite.

Sorriso was a reasonable price hotel for the location and comfort.
This is our 3rd or 4th stay experience because of it. But at this time:
1- the price was a least 25% expensive;
2- there was a som one else suitcase inside of our room as w get in;
3- they want to charge a parking fee with no previous agreement in the reservation;

I was just passing through Hamamatsu, need a place to crash for the night. This hotel was a comparable price (pretty cheap) to others in the area, right by the station, and a little roomier (judging from pictures) than other options. Of course, it's still small comparable with the standard in many other countries. The room also had a nicer than average desk area, which was great as I had some work to get done on my trip.
