Hotel Southern Village Okinawa

Was a surprisingly nice little town, the park right close by was very beautiful(even had some jungles in the park!) Hotel was nice for the price and the staff were quite friendly. I accidentally put my change in the dryer instead of the washer at the laundry and they were even nice enough to give me the change back.

I only stayed there for one night, but it was pleasant. The staff were very polite and was easy to understand what need to be done. They have restaurant right next to the office building. You’ll have to purchase amenities if you don’t bring your own.

Friendly Staff, Safe area, convenient location but not a great smell from the surrounding area, uncomfortable beds.

It is close to where I wanted to go and conduct my business.

Our previous hotel reservations were cancelled suddenly so we were lucky to find this hotel last minute! Somewhere between a guest house, motel, minshuku and apartment. I booked a family room for myself and my children for 5 days. There was a misunderstanding and they gave us a tiny tatami mat room with 3 futons by accident that wouldn't have had any space for our luggage! Fortunately they corrected this mistake and we got the family room which was about double the size and included a large kitchen and dining room area and ample space for luggage! It was perfect for us. No amenities (like soap, toothbrush or shampoo) but there were kitchen utensils a few dishes, rice cooker a fridge with freezer and dish washing liquid. A laundrymat was in the next building and there was a cafeteria that served breakfast and lunch also in the motel. Could park right in front of it and it was very convenient to get around by car. This hotel is not near much public transportation and there are no services within walking distance so a car is a definite must. Very local vibe here. Charming and feels like staying out in the country with fields in the backyard.

Convenient hotel if drive a car.

We arrived from the airport and were allowed earlier check in as our room was ready after resting for just a short while in the common dining area. The room is small, bed is hard with just a futon but it is a value for $ stay. It also have free parking which is in front of our unit.

Good location for me. Friendly workers at hotel. Several hotel employees could speak excellent English. Good for the price. Ant problem, but they cleaned the room very well and fast. Hard to use WiFi in rooms. Poor reception. Overall for the price, this was a very good hotel.

Fantastic place to stay! It is easy to get to here and free parking for our rental car. It is very close to Aeon mall Rycom (5mins drive) and American Village (10mins drive). Our twin bed room is at Block B ground floor and we have everything we need. There is some essential items along the corridor and you can change your towels and top up your toilet paper if you need. Mr Das checked us in, the procedure was easy and fast. We will revisit soon!

very simple motel (it can be hardly categories as hotel!) for overnight stay, not much bathroom amenities, do bring your own if you plan to stay there. Even my computer monitor is bigger then the TV in the room.....

Overall extremely good. Could use a dehumidifier. free wifi

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and with basic facilities. It's close to American village and Aeon Mall. Very convenient for driving. Everything was fine except the futon was quite thin.
