The place was wonderful. I loved the view of Mount Fuji. The hot tub was amazing. I will definitely be returning with my wife and me.

We stayed in a double room with mountain view for one night. We hoped to get a good view on Mt. Fuji while soaking in the private Jaccuzi but unfortunately, due to bad weather, there was no view whatsoever. However, the private Jacuzzi was still a very great experience, regardless of the weather.
The room was also extremely spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable and the room was equipped with a huge tv, a microwave, a mini fridge and a water dispenser.
You can also change the color of the lighting in the room.
The staff was also very friendly.
The hotel is a little remote from the center, so we had to walk a few minutes to the next shops and restaurants but in turn, we really got to enjoy the peace and quiet of this hotel.
We will definitely stay in this hotel again, next time we visit Japan.

Helpful staff, comfortable beds, and very well cared for accommodations. An added bonus was the groovy light system in the room plus the jacuzzi bath.

Property is showing its age a bit but was obviously a luxury hotel at one point. Everything is very clean and the staff are excellent. We took advantage of the available breakfast every day and it was very good. Here again the staff were great and even offered to package breakfast for my son who could not get to the restaurant on morning. Location is great if you have a car (we did).

Definitely not a 2 star hotel, i would say easily a 3.5 to 4 stars, the view at the entrance is amazing! Room is big and washroom is HUGE. Overall a very good stay for my family of 3

I loved that there is a little drop off door for food. Shower room is amazing. Entertainment provisions look pretty cool. Definitely coming back. :)

Unlike the majority hotels in Japan, the rooms are spacious.
Restaurants with 5min driving distance are opened till mid night.
Highly recommend if u you are going to Gotemba premium outlet and shan’t to stay somewhere near.

I feel that this is a has been hotel, very nice large rooms which is unusual for Japan. It was clean and reasonably comfortable, but what let this hotel down was that it advertised an Italian restaurant, even to the point of a illuminated sign outside saying "LEONE OPEN"!
However the restaurant had long since closed and was now used for the buffet breakfast only.
Not only was there no restaurant, there was no bar or ice machine either!
The only saving grace was the fact that there was room service food available.

Stayed in a smoking room by accident which was not ideal but I'm sure same room non-smoking would have been lovely. Our room had mood lighting settings, karaoke, Jacuzzi tub, and other amenities like that.

Huge hotel room for the deluxe double we were in. Huge jacuzzi and even a sauna room inside the bathroom! It’s a lover hotel with huge TV and unlimited movies (incl those that... excite a couple), but I think kids can totally stay there too. Small selection of breakfast spread but that’s ok. We stayed there for the proximity of Mt Fuji, and it was a fun drive up the mountain roads. Location is in the middle of nowhere but just off the highway so it’s best for those who drive.

Symba Resort Hotel is an excellent place for an overnight stay if you plan to spend the day in Gotemba Premium Outlets. The hotel provides an amazing collection of current movies in the in-room entertainment system and a wide range of toiletries. The breakfast set is also well presented and delicious.
