I arrived at 2:15 pm. Check in time is 3:00 pm. I was made to wait 45 minutes in the lobby( with no comfortable chairs). The reason is that the rooms are not ready. This is a lie and has occurred to me before. Please be kinder to your GUESTS.

地元に住んでいますが、時々リラックスしたい時に地元のホテル利用しています。こちらは大浴場がある、駅からも比較的近いキレイで希少なホテルだと思います。朝食には珍しい出汁茶漬け量も味も美味しく頂きました。その上ドンクのクロワッサンが頂けて嬉しかったです。フロントで24時間コーヒサービスも。 17〜19時のhappy hour 20〜22時の夜食サービスには今回は恩恵受けられませんでしたが、次回是非楽しみたいと思います。
