Our stay was amazing, the hotel has a perfect location, allowing you to ski all the way to the entrance. The room was spacious and extremely clean with comfy beds. The breakfast was amazing, a true experience. The highlight was the staff: very gentle and prompt to take you to the gondola in their little bus whenever you wanted, and even to pick you up over there later. I highly recommend this place, they speak English and everything is amazing!

I was here for an 8-day ski trip, 6 nights in a Western-style room, and 1 night in a Japanese-style room. The hotel is very spacious and I really like the rustic/quaint atmosphere. I really liked that the western room had a couch. Made full use of the onsen and ski locker room in the basement. Free Kaiseki Breakfast was very convenient. There's a free shuttle to the lifts and going back just involves skiing down the slop across the road from the hotel. The town centre is still walkable from here, despite how it looks on the map.

We stayed for 8 days with other families, the services we got from the hotel boss and his son are excellent! They made all of us feel like home! It’s so warmth and sweet! It’s Xmas, the chef home made a Xmas cake for us as complimentary and surprise to us! They also offer us the apples and oranges which they bought it for their friends! All dinners were different and it was a surprise to experience each meal! It’s the first time to stay in this kind of hotel!
