Hotel Toms

Everything was clean. They provided water each day as well as clean towels and a toothbrush. They also provided gowns, slippers, shower gel and shampoo. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was nice but a bit limited. There are lots of places to eat nearby and the train station is a short walk away.

An amazing little hotel! Great service, free light breakfast, and bus shuttle to airport for free too. A great first or last stop on your Tokyo trip. As a fan of Showa era Japan, the area of Ota-ku and this delightful quirky hotel full of antiquity really brings you back to 60s-70s Japan. 100 percent recommend this hotel!

A great little Hotel in a nice location. Close to the airport and about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Staff is friendly, the free breakfast is small but good, and the only downside for me was that the bed was very firm, but plenty of people like that.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Toms. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The free breakfast was not extensive but sufficient to last until lunchtime. The hotel appeared clean and well decorated. The rooms were on the small side with a "capsule" bathroom but this is Tokyo so expect small for the price. The bed was a little hard but I slept well. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the nearest train station. The WiFi worked well and one of the best things about the stay was that Hotel Toms provide each room with a 4G mobile phone which you can take out with you for unlimited data use, ideal for using maps online to find your way around. You can also use the phone for voice calls within Japan and to 6 other countries. Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and USA come to mind. I would stay here again.

Easy to find, polite staff, 19 sq meter room with 1 double bed, overlooking the street, free simplr but healthy bfast, free mobile phone with internet and free imternational calls to 6 countries, 1 to 3 minute walks to at least 5 convenience stores, supermarket, shopping center, bakery or train station, laundry facilities, quiet neighborhood, close to Haneda. It was a perfect Tokyo Trip for me and my daughter. We congratulate the management and staff of Hotel Toms for offering high quality service at reasonable prices. Thank you very much!

Everything is perfect.

I flew into tokyo from houston, tx for my first time and of course got a little lost finding my way to the hotel taking the railway system (about 30$ for 2 people) because taking a taxi to the hotel will cost you about $190+. The hotel is located in a nice quiet district called kamata roughly 1 hr 20 min away from NRT airport. Once located you will soon find it easy to travel around tokyo from the district through their railway lines (be advise you will be doing a lot of walking). Once my girlfriend and I checked in we soon realize the rooms were pretty SMALL but what can you expect with the price your paying for. The staff was nice and the room was kept clean. We stayed there 10 days and was not disappointed at all. They have complimentary wifi and a continental breakfast served every morning. All in all for the price your paying this hotel is great and I can't complain. My honest opinion when traveling to a different country for vacation.. why pay for a nice fancy hotel when you will not be spending time there most of the time.
